This vocational open online course provides the necessary tools for VET teachers, counsellors, and in-company trainers to properly get upskilled in handling and resolving conflicts in vocational education environments. These major areas will be presented through the different lessons: mastering active listening for conflict resolution, how to build constructive communication through empathy and assertiveness, problem solving strategies and mediation and facilitation techniques for workplace conflicts and Dual VET contexts. Participants will grow in their core skills to solve conflicts and acquire disciplined approaches.
