This vocational open online course prepares VET teachers, counsellors, and in-company trainers to develop, evaluate, and modify stakeholder engagement strategies for the DUAL VET system. Participants will learn how to create stakeholder engagement programs that satisfy educational aims, different stakeholder demands, and GDPR compliance. These initiatives will be evaluated and tools for enhancing engagement will be covered in the course. Participants will learn how to adapt engagement approaches to changing educational environments to build productive and mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships.
